I am a 40-something frustrated maker / craftsman / hobbyist, call it what you will...! I find great satisfaction in making tangible things particularly when those things serve a strong practical purpose. I am a family man with a day job - Wilderness Metal Works is my creative outlet and a place where I hope I can share some of what I pick up as I try to develop my skills and experience.
